Throughout his journey, Paul honed his skills in renowned kitchens across the United Kingdom and Europe, gracing high-end establishments with his remarkable talent. He fearlessly embraced the challenges of the culinary world and emerged victorious, earning numerous accolades and awards, including the prestigious "Best Junior Live in Show" title at the tender age of 18. 

Driven by a lifelong dream, Paul's determination led him to realize his ultimate aspiration: the creation of his own restaurant, Sheeps And Leeks. This cherished venture became a manifestation of his vast experience and a canvas for his boundless creativity. Every detail of the dining experience reflects Paul's passion for the culinary arts.
