Sheeps And Leeks – Now Closed
As of 31st July 2025, Sheeps and Leeks has closed its doors.

Thank You.
From the bottom of our hearts.
Sheeps and Leeks has always been more than just a restaurant — it’s been a community, a family, and a shared journey.
Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of welcoming guests from near and far, working with an incredible team, and showcasing the very best produce North Wales has to offer. From our very first service to our final evening, we’ve been humbled by the support, laughter, and memories shared at our tables.
We are deeply grateful for everything you’ve given us and proud of what we achieved together. Thank you for making Sheeps and Leeks such a special chapter in our lives.
What’s Next
Although Sheeps and Leeks has closed, the story doesn’t end here.
Pop-Ups & Collaborations
We’re exploring opportunities to bring the Sheeps and Leeks experience back in a new format through occasional pop-up events and collaborations with venues across North Wales and beyond. These will keep our creative spirit alive and allow us to share seasonal dishes in unique settings.
Food Range
Work is underway on a range of ready-to-eat meals and products, built on the same ethos that defined Sheeps and Leeks: seasonal ingredients, local artisan producers, and bold flavours. This project aims to make restaurant-quality food accessible at home while continuing to champion small-scale farmers and makers from our community.
Consultancy & Creative Projects
With 30 years of experience in hospitality, menu development, and restaurant operations, Paul is also offering consultancy services. From kitchen design and menu creation to operational strategy and team training, the focus will be on helping other businesses achieve success in an ever-changing industry.
